Hannah’s House is a Specialist Youth Homelessness Service that has been supporting young people aged 16–25 in the Ipswich region since 1982 who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness through a range of programs designed to meet them where they are. Through a person-centred and strengths-based approach, we support young people to access safe accommodation, develop independent living skills, engage in education or employment and move towards safe, stable, and sustainable housing outcomes.
Our focus is on supporting young people to build confidence, independence, and a pathway toward a positive future.
There are many ways we can support you in your mental health and wellbeing, and to help you navigate life’s challenges. Choose the support pathway that works best for you.
