Mobile Support

How does it work?

Our Mobile Support Program provides assistance to young women aged 16-25 years who require support to maintain housing or who are homeless or living in unstable housing circumstances to access and maintain accommodation.

Using a holistic approach, our mobile support team meets young women in the community at a place they feel comfortable, providing a tailored response. Advice, information and referral is provided along with individual case management, ensuring that clients have a plan to obtain and or maintain housing, access specialised supports, gain independence skills and access the community, education, training and work opportunities.
