Transitional Housing

How does it work?

Our Transitional house is a 4 bedroom house that supports our clients who have gained independent living skills, but are unable to find a housing outcome at time of exit from the crisis shelter. This house is an initiative of Centro Church and has ongoing partnerships with businesses to keep this house viable.

Hannah’s House provides mobile support and case management for each client at this transitional house. This house is a medium to long term option of housing while we work with the client to find something long term. Our clients stay here for as long as they need, gaining extra independent living skills.
